As a product designer at Bold Metrics, I collaborated with the lead designer to build the user interface for the "Apparel Insights" CRM dashboard that focuses on retrieving and digesting customer body data for large retailers. We wanted to make this CRM intuitive, digestible, and powerful for clients to unlock new information and insights about their products and apparel. These designs were informed by user research that had already been done before my arrival.
